Retirement Plans for Each Generation

Plan sponsors are likely to find themselves working with participants from a variety of generations, from Baby Boomers to Millennials, and each generation raises different concerns about the future of retirement.

The attached report by HSBC is very informative regarding the concerns about the various generations.  This article once again validates our philosophy of “Defining a Retirement Plan Standard of Excellence.”

A team of professionals working with a plan sponsor can design a qualified retirement plan which will not only satisfy the goals and objectives of the plan sponsor, but also go a long way toward creating a solution for concerns outlined by the various generations in the article.

Plan sponsors who do not engage a team of qualified professionals to assist them in managing their retirement plan will, the majority of the time, not have a plan which will successfully meet the needs of the participants when they reach retirement.
